We are proud to be able to provide an excellent 'out of hours' service for all of our clients callout needs. Over the past 5 years Tom has carried out over 5000 emergency callouts for our many clients, which range from broken sockets or switches to water flooding through electrical points or outlets.
As you may guess this is for those times where all other companies are closed or unavailable, our call out hours are:

To call us out simply call Tom Durrant on 07891024089 to discuss your issues. Prior to your phone call, could you please SMS or WhatsApp Tom with your name address and some photos of the issue, as it is easier to discuss what to do going forward.

If you do call us out and there is nothing we can do, for example its a power cut or a meter fault a callout charge of £45 will still need to be paid.
Additional material costs not covered by the callout fee will be added on to the invoice. Some examples of costs are listed below.
Replacement of a broken socket - Time taken 30minutes, this would be £65 as the materials would be included as they are less than £5.
Replacement of shower pull switch - Time taken 30minutes, this would be £80 as the cost of the pull switch is around £20 of which £5 is included.
If you have a fault on a circuit that is tripping a RCD or MCB - Time taken 80minutes, this would be £102.50 if there was no material fees.
